5.I am testing ESL demo kit now, how to get the tag ID of digital price label?

You can use your phone to scan the barcode on the bottom of digital price label (as shown below), then you can get the tag ID and add it to software for testing. 

6.Do you have software to adjust product prices at each store locally? And also cloud software to remotely adjust prices at headquarters?

Yes, both softwares are available.

Standalone software is used to update product prices at each store locally, and each store requires a license.

Network software is used to update prices at anywhere and anytime, and one license for headquarters is enough to control all the chain stores. But please install network software in a Windows server with a public IP.

7.We want to develop our own software, do you have free SDK for integration?

Yes, we can provide free middleware program (similar to SDK), so you can develop your own software to call our programs to control the price label changes.

8.What is the battery for 3.5 inch digital price label?

3.5 inch digital price label use one battery pack, which includes 2pcs CR2450 button batteries and a plug, as the below picture shows.
